Term of Office: 01/09/2023 - 31/08/2027

My name is Janet Taylor and I have been a co-opted governor since September 2023. I retired and relocated to Cornwall in 2023 after 34 years in education. I was previously a teacher and head teacher at a large primary school and Children's Centre. I have worked in teacher training and have done school improvement work for local authorities and Ofsted.
I am passionate about early education and the importance of all children having the best possible experience at primary school. I am very happy to have the opportunity to support the school and to get to know the community. When I'm not at school I love to have a daily dip in the sea and take long walks with my dog.
