The governors are looking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and skilled Teaching Assistant to join our school team.
Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8.45am - 3.15 pm) term time only.
Salary: FTE £22,183.00 Actual pro-rata (£15,208.60)
Closing Date: Monday 24th February 2025 at 12 noon
Interview Date: Friday 28th February 2025
The main duties will include:
To take a pro-active role as a key member of a team in the support of pupils, teachers, the curriculum and the school.
To support the professional work of teachers in delivering programmes of work and taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
This role would cover morning and lunchtime playground duties.
Previous TA experience of working with children in a school setting.

Contract: 3.15 until 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, (10 hours per week) Term time only.
Salary: Grade 1 SP1 - £21,028.00 pro rata (Actual Annual £4,805.58)

Providing wrap around care for children aged 4 – 11 years old, the role will include maintaining the strong relationships we have with our community and school staff, being approachable and friendly to our parents, and above all, providing a safe, caring, and fun environment for our children.
Main Purpose of Job:
To organise and supervise afterschool club assistant team to ensure the safe and appropriate supervision of individuals and groups of school aged pupils during afterschool club. Organise the provision of healthy drinks and snacks during afterschool club.
