We are a small but growing successful school on the outskirts of Truro, serving the community of Trispen and St Erme and surrounding areas. We are rated by OFSTED as consistently good, with outstanding features. Central to our school community is a very positive ethos of working together, good behaviour and independent learning. Our children are happy and enthusiastic learners and achieve well.
If you are considering a school place for your child and would like to come and look around during the school day, please contact us and I will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have. Alternatively, if there is any information you can’t find on our new website then please do get in touch by email or by phone.
We look forward to meeting you!

Please read on for our school vision statement, which summarises our purpose and vision.
At St Erme with Trispen Community Primary School, we believe that every child matters. Our learning is fun, purposeful and challenging. Through our creative curriculum we develop in each child the skills and knowledge they need for lifelong learning. At our school children become confident learners, who take ownership of their learning and are proud of their achievements. We believe in continually developing our use of outdoor learning environments to enhance learning and to provide challenging new experiences. We aim to provide children with the confidence and skills to use new technologies safely in our ever changing world. Through positive attitudes and partnerships we endeavour to develop the whole child, meeting individual needs in a safe and secure environment where differences are celebrated. We promote sustainability and an awareness of wider global issues through our curriculum and take pride in the links we have with our local, national and global communities.
